Orders & cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing. After that, we're already packing.
15-day window
Unopened, non-prescription items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Prescription treatments cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Payment
Secure checkout through our PCI-compliant payment partner. We never store card details.
Prescription products
For patient safety and in line with pharmacy regulations, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales of prescription products are final. If you believe an error was made in filling your prescription, contact us right away at info@farorx.com or (617) 631-8775 and we will make it right.
Membership fees already charged before a cancellation are non-refundable. You can cancel or pause a plan at any time from your account, and you will not be billed again.
