Services are available in all 50 U.S. states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements. The Pharmacy Hub states that it is licensed by state boards of pharmacy nationwide and supports prescription fulfillment in all 50 states. Certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary depending on state-specific pharmacy regulations, prescribing requirements, and dispensing restrictions.
Compounded Medications
Prescription treatments are prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy operating under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality.
Compounded medications are prescribed only when a licensed provider determines a compounded formulation is clinically appropriate for you. Compounded preparations are not equivalent to, and are not represented as, any branded medication.
